 Calendar of the 2018 World Cup in Russia The final part of the 21st World Cup 2018 (World Cup 2018) will be held in Russia for the first time from June 14 to July 15, 2018. The 2018 World Championship finals are scheduled for 12 stadiums in 11 cities of Russia: (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Volgograd, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Saransk, Rostov-on-Don, Sochi, Yekaterinburg.

In the final tournament of the World Cup in 2018 will take part 32 national teams. The Russian national team, as the host country, automatically won a place in the final tournament. The draw for the final tournament will be held in December 2017 in St. Petersburg in the Mariinsky Theater. The participating teams will be divided into 8 groups of 4 teams each. In total, 64 matches will be played at the 2018 World Cup, 48 of them in the group stage, 16 in the playoffs.
